Worth It: The Links at Petco Park
Man. I cannot tell you how good it felt to be back inside the amazing confines of Petco Park. Outside of a couple trips to the Padres Team Store this year, the last time I was actually there to enjoy a game was August of 2019. How long ago that seems.
Though I was inspired by Dustin Johnson’s performance this past weekend at the Masters, the setup by Callaway Golf exposed my mediocre wedge game.
But the experience was awesome. You get two shots from nine different locations all around the ballpark. Factoring elevation all the holes range from roughly 95 to 115 yards.
And even better, you get to take in the breathtaking views from around Petco Park. And we’re talking a perfect 77 degree day in the middle of November. Ahhh San Diego, folks. Trevor Bauer would really like it here.
